Akil is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional results. With a wealth of experience in organizational excellence, he brings visionary leadership, strong business acumen, and a passion for fostering innovation and growth at iPlace.

In the last 19 years, Akil has helped many organizations build more efficient and higher quality operations, improved multi-functional processes, and led concept-to-launch projects with tangible financial benefits and mitigating risk. One of his noteworthy projects is a successful business transformation through Quality Management System on an e-Governance project.

Akil is an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt, TRIZ Level 1 from The International TRIZ Association, and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Akil’s fitness mantra includes a good diet and regular exercise. He enjoys reading and catching up with the latest series on Netflix in his free time. While on a break from the corporate world, Akil likes unwinding with his family and exploring new places.
