iPlace Wins Best of Staffing Diamond Award for Client Satisfaction

iPlace won the prestigious Best of Staffing – Client Satisfaction award by ClearlyRated for the fifth time in a row. iPlace has bagged the award every year since 2018, and this year marks iPlace’s 5-year Diamond Award win! The company received a Net Promoter® Score of 90.5%, widely surpassing the industry’s average score of 29% in 2021.
ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients. On average, clients of winning agencies are twice as likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided. iPlace received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 90.5% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 41%.
