iPlace, a professionally managed global recruitment services provider based in McLean, VA, USA with an international recruitment center in Pune, Maharashtra, India announced today that it is celebrating ten years in business.

iPlace is the largest offshore sourcing and recruiting firm providing professional and profitable recruiting solutions to US companies from India. The company was established by Former President and CEO Hank Levine in 2006 with just a handful of resources and has achieved scaling heights and strong growth for ten years. Prior to founding iPlace, Hank launched and headed one of the largest Indian-based recruiting firms servicing US companies.

Since its inception on May 11, 2006, iPlace sourcers and recruiters have found meaningful work in the US for thousands of Americans. The company partners with its hundreds of clients of all sizes and business models, and often helps its clients re-engineer their recruiting processes to be lower cost and more efficient. By 2013, the company was growing 40 percent year over year. iPlace’s leadership team saw the need to increase the size of its facility to keep up with client demand and moved to a much larger office in the prestigious World Trade Center, in Kharadi, Pune. In December 2015, the company expanded its office space to over 24,000 sq. ft. when it added an office annex to accommodate even more sourcers and recruiters.
