Payal heads all the people functions at iPlace, including human resources, internal communications, professional development, and talent acquisition. She works with senior leadership on cultural transformation and attracting and developing iPlace’s human capital to optimize organizational performance.

Payal began her professional career with iPlace as an Associate Recruiter, getting hired through a college recruitment drive. The time she spent working on the US recruiting process gave her the much-needed exposure to understand the skills and qualities required of an international recruiter. Payal is an expert at adapting to the forever-changing recruitment industry and market conditions. Her ability to deliver excellent candidate experience has enabled her to develop a vast and powerful talent network.

Payal holds an MBA in Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Pune University. She loves traveling and exploring new places; it helps her to reset. She is a spirited shopper, and without a doubt, her favorite movie is Confessions of a Shopaholic! Payal is also interested in interior design and has tastefully decorated her home.
